First Time Buying/Buying

Buying a home (especially your first) is such an exciting experience, but can be stressful and overwhelming if you don’t fully understand the buying process.

With so many aspects to consider (budgeting, mortgage, home inspections, etc.), it’s helpful to work with a professional who can guide you in the right direction and take some of the stress off your hands.

I aim to make the buying process, fun and interactive by providing as much knowledge and expertise as I possibly can so my buyers are well informed and know that at the end of the day, they have made the best decision!

Renting

Renting can be tricky in a competitive rental market like Toronto and the GTA.

When I work with my renter clients, I always ensure that they are readily prepared with all the necessary documentation for their rental application. I always like to remind my clients that when looking for a rental, you want to be sure that you follow the correct steps to secure yourself in a safe and suitable home.

There are many aspects of a rental agreement that can be glazed over if you don’t go through it with a fine toothed comb. I provide a very in-depth service so at the end of the day, you know that everything possible has been done to get you into a great rental, with a respectful landlord and cooperative.

Home valuation

Before you consider selling your home, it is imperative to understand the reality of what your home is worth.

I provide free home valuations to my clients so you can better understand the value of your home prior to listing.

Selling your home

Selling your home is always a little bitter-sweet regardless of the situation, and along with that “For Sale” sign on the lawn, comes many questions, emotions and planning for the next steps.

I pride myself on not only helping my clients through the selling process by providing my experience and expertise, but helping them by understanding that selling their home is a big step and not always an easy one.

Listing your home is a task that you will want to entrust to the right professional.

Leasing out your Home

When looking to lease out your property, there are two main questions you would normally think to ask:1) Will my tenant be respectful and treat my home as their own? 2) Will my tenant be responsible and capable of paying the rent on time? What many people don’t think of are all the other questions you should also be asking prior to signing a lease agreement with a new tenant.

It sounds like an easy process, but renting out your home can be a lot messier than you think. This is why it’s important to have a professional realtor in your corner to field all the questions and concerns you may have when allowing someone to rent and live in your investment property.

Home Staging

First impressions are crucial when you are trying to sell your home. Almost all home buyers start their home search online and base their interest on the photos they see.

Home staging is a way to increase the appeal of your property and turn online shoppers into real buyers.

I provide my clients with Tier 1 Home staging when listing a property and can provide additional home staging options upon request.

Investing

Like all forms of investment, investing in real estate offers a wide range of benefits for your portfolio, but there is no guarantee that every real estate investment will earn you any income or profit.

I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients find solid investment options that help them attain their financial goals with a healthy return on their investment.

Condos

Contrary to popular belief, a purchase or sale of real estate isn’t uniform with every type of home. Condos are very different from a freehold home. When looking to buy or sell a condo, it’s important to work with a Realtor who is well submerged in the condo market, as they will know the ins and outs of the building, any issues the building may have recently faced, and other tidbits of information, like reserve fund issues, maintenance fees increases and many more.

Having worked in the Toronto condo market for over 5 years allows me to provide my clients with an advantage and they can confidently purchase/sell knowing that their realtor has the knowledge and skill to get them the best bang for their buck.
